Small room over priced

Location was great, really close to tubes.

Room was very small, tv was the size of a postage stamp! Toilet smelt of sewage. And I think £5 per suit case for storage was ludicrous!

Nice staff.

Staff was so accommodating and really really nice. Close to train and had easy access to food nearby.

Really tight space and outdated room, the mattresses were not great.

Location close to the Earls Court tube station. Clean room

Size of the room was a joke. Converted from 1 room into at least 2, maybe 3. Costed nearly £400 for 2 nights. Looked nothing like the room advertised on the website. Wallpaper split and coming away

Disappointing and frustrating due to lack of sleep

Location - the staff were very welcoming

The noise of the lift was unacceptable - it was so noisy when in the room that when we getting off to sleep it would wake you up. Had I have had knowledge of this I would have looked at a different property.

Good location but facility and room is not recommended for 2nd stay.

No heat in our room, they gave a electric heater then the bathroom remain very cold. Elevators stopped at 3rd floor. So much noise above us. Only 1 main light, no way to dim. Toilet issues for flushing

Needed heat for both room and bathroom. Needed elevator to our floor. Wished the floors weren't so loud overhead. A table lamp would help.

Not value for money

Convenient location to the tube station.

The room was out the back in a court yard with insufficient lighting at night. The bed were clean but the toilet/shower room needed some work. All the grouting was dirty, the shower door once closed had no handle on the inside and needed someone else to open it. One of the lights in the sleeping area was coming out of the socket.

There was a bed to sleep in

Nice staff, always welcoming with the brightest smiles. Good location with Earls court station

Somrene had popped in our toilet before we arrived. They had forgotten to put towels in the room. There was no wifi at all. Plus we discovered a waterdamage.

I would not stay again!

Staff were pleasant. Location was central. Bed was comfortable, shower pressure was good.

Basement room, no window! No natural air. Place stank damp and musty. Rickety stand fan and dusty air con as a replacement for fresh air circulating via a window. TV wouldn’t like to WiFi so had limited channels to what is advertised. This was a family room! I’m unsure if this actually meets H&S regulations! Wouldn’t stay again.

Depends on your expectations. Not worth the cost (i paid 1.3k for 5 nights)

The location was exeptional, enough pillows for everyone!

Cleanliness (our sheets were stained and they werent changed for the whole of our stay, the curtains torn and also very unclean), conditions (moldy and high humidity, at least on the ground floor), thin walls, no facilities at all! We didnt have hair dryer in our room (we were offered to shower in another room, but it was then later compensated as they found an extra hair dryer), no socket adaptors in the reception (oddly enough, the guy told me they had just reopened after covid, whereas i read google reviews from august...). If you read google reviews, you will see people talking about safety issues, we had no problems whatsoever, it felt perfectly safe!

We loved the location & the staff were really friendly

The room was much smaller than the photo's, the aircon wasn't able to be turned on so it was quite stuffy & there was a lot of mould spots on the bathroom grout & around the fittings. The needed a really good clean.

the location is great, very close to the tube and stores

- we only got roomservice once in 5 nights - the showerhose was broken and dripping 24/7 (making the towels that you put in the shower if you want them changed dripping wet - and they left the wet towels there for 3 days) - the room was very old, small and not like the pictures - they didnt check our identity before giving us a new room key

Tiny small TV which didn’t even work, broken mattress (which was changed), broken security chain, very stained curtains and not informed that there was no lift to the top floor.
